Valentines Day - Part I

"Sleep in silent memory
For when you awake
Reality will take the reigns..."

Those words haunted Valentines mind. He didn't know why, but they kept appearing in his dreams, repeating in his head. He couldn't shake them. "You okay man?" Valentine could hear DiGi's voice echo in his head, "You've been out of it as of late. Anythin' wrong?" Valentine shook his head, "I'm fine..." Valentine didn't have time to worry about a bunch of little words put together, tomorrow was a special day, and he had many things to do. For now, all he could do was rest by his small little fire. He had to make it to the RED realm by tomorrow, so he had to rest. The little green and white bunny pulled his hat over his eyes and soon enough, sleep came.

"That one right there."

"This one?"

"No no, that one right there."

"Oh, someone's going to be happy with this. Who's it for?"

"A special someone."

Valentine walked away from the diamond shop, box in hand. "She's going to love this." A grin spread across his face. At that very moment, a kid skated up. He had lime green hair and a weird look on his face. Valentine instantly recognized the kid as SPRiNG ViGOR. "Hey kid." he said to him. ViGOR ignored him and grabbed the box out of Valentine's hands. He opened it and looked inside, "Tis pretty, where'd ya steal it?" "I didn't steal it I bought it." Valentine said as he snatched the box back. ViGOR looked surprised, he made a silent "wow" with his mouth. "Who's it for bunny man?" Valentine grinned looked up, "Wouldn't you like to know." "That's not fair." ViGOR whined. "I don't need this, I'll see ya." ViGOR called as he skated away. Valentine laughed and began walking.
Valentine walked back to his house. Funny little place that was, small, but homey. He grabbed up Chaotic Solitude, and his little red microphone. Just in case... He thought to himself. Valentine put the little box he held in his hands into his hat for safekeeping. He grabbed a cookie out of his bunny shaped cookie jar and rushed out of the door.
Valentine didn't take more than two steps before he ran into someone. He looked down to see ViGOR again. "What do you want now?" Valentine asked him. ViGOR shook his head and said, "I'm coming with you. I want to know who it's for." "I don't have time to play now kid, I gotta-" ViGOR crossed his arms. Valentine rolled his eyes and rushed past him, "C'mon." ViGOR smiled and skated after him.
